Dr. Westra is an exceptional surgeon.
I was in severe pain and loosing feeling in my foot and leg from a ruptured disk. When I woke from my surgery my pain was gone and my feelings in my foot and leg returned quickly. I got my quality of life back and I'm grateful to the doctor. His office staff is exceptional too. They were very helpful and polite. I highly recommend Dr. Westra and would go back to him if I needed a surgeon.

The best possible experience. All my questions were addressed without need to ask anything. Was diagnosed with type of brain tumor and could not get good information until referred to Dr. Westra. Takes a while to get appointment.While out of town, he took the time to communicate that I was OK to wait for standard appointment and did not need emergency care. Can not communicate how wonderful and kind this was. At time of appointment, all information given in a very straightforward and easily understanable manner. Could not be any more pleased. This process has been difficult. Doctor Westra is the best.

The only frustration was it took SOO long to jump through the insurance co. hoops to have my wonderful surgery…. Thank you Dr Westra.you go into the hospital In misery ….. in 2 hours you come out a little weak but NO PAIN! Awsome!
