No waiting and very efficient. I was a bit overwhelmed with amount of information presented to me so quickly it was hard for me to keep up. I think after the needed tests are done, I’ll probably be able to ask some questions. Dr. Westra was very kind and thorough.

Helpful front office staff, very minimal waiting time. Dr Westra is knowledgeable and amiable to answering questions. Although, I was not in need of surgical intervention I healed amazingly well with his guidance.
